Well, I assume you will have covered most of this, but churches, a hospital or two, police, fire, ambulence, other emergency services, law offices, industrial zones (warehouses, factories, manufacturing), parks and amusement zones, schools (university, colleges, high schools), military bases and historical landmarks?

Nightclubs, civic centers, theaters, sports fields, hotels, maybe leave some open plots for new characters to develop oh and . . . my financial firm

Ah, sorry, I missed the last sentence of the question. I thought this was about what locations we are interested in having available, meaning to get described and defined by the STs.

All the suggestions for locations looks good. I would just add graveyard. *shrugs* You never know when you wana go for a nice stroll through the friendly neighborhood cemetery.

and on a more sophisticated note it's a good artistic element ^_^ I mean undead- cemetery. Seem to go hand in hand.

It's funny you say that, because in all the vampire games I've ever played in, I don't think any of my characters have ever played scenes in a graveyard. thinking Nope, never.

Ned did point out that necromancers would likely have a reason to be near graveyards, but really, no, I never had a need for a character to be at a graveyard.

Given the horror aspect of the game, graveyards can be among the best locations, for spookiness alone.

If your character(s) are going to regularly visit a cemetery in-game, then we can include it as a location. If it's something that might only come up once or twice, we can handle the situation as it occurs.
